Low memory notification

Hello all,

I get a low internal memory notification on my hero to often. Seems to happen after I turn on the gps feature.

Already have deleted more apps than I care to. Also have cleared data cache memory and deleted all browser data.

Is there a way to free up internal memory without deleting apps? Is there a way to save apps to the sd memory card.

I've had my hero for a few months with no problems then I started getting low memory message showing down to 14m left while SD card had 7g left. Anyway I couldn't figure out what to do and after a few hours of researching I decided to do a hard reset. Now no problems. I have read that if you download more than 70 apps you will have problems. I didn't have 70 apps on my phone but probably was getting close to downloading and removing 70 apps.

Anyway if all else fails reset

Please, is there someone who knows how to move apps to memory card?

When doing a hard reset, do you lose all of your contact info? That's all I care about anyway.

Maybe the same Contacts memory leak problem that affects the Desire?
