Does anyone else have problems with receiving or sending picture messages, particularly on the T-Mobile UK network or on any other network.

Any feedback on this will be greatly appreciated as T-Mobile keep blaming the phone but I've had 2 replacement Hero phones and still have the same issue.

I too have the same issue at the minute and have just posted the same enquiry... Ive done everything possible with T Mobile's assistance and still it wont work. They even sent me a new handset just in case. I have two G2's on the same account and both experience the same difficulty. Sorry not much help but I I share your frustration.

Thanks for the info.

I'm sick of being fobbed off by T-mobile. I've just been speaking to their "technical support" team, there's a contradiction in terms, and they said that it's a problem with the hardware and I should take it up with HTC, but in the same conversation I'm told by the monkey that his colleague sat next to him has a G2 and has no problems at all in sending MMS.

Their proposed resolution is to offer me a non like for like replacement such as the G1! Duh!!!

Is anyone else on T-mobile but not have this problem?

Hi, I did actually speak to T mobile technical last night, the chap called me back at 8:00 and he has escalated my problem to their network team so they are at least taking me seriously. I think with T mobile it really is down to the luck of the draw as to who you speak to and their knowledge and experience, this guy seemed pretty good so i'll let you know how I get on...

Good luck with that!!!

What I now have to do is to put my wife's T-mobile sim card in my phone and see if that works. If it doesn't they want me to go and get a new sim card from my local outlet to eliminat that possibility. If that doesn't work they want me to try ANOTHER G2 handset and then finally a non like for like exchange.

I'll post my findings here too.

So, I've tried my wife's sim in my phone and it won't send the MMS.

I've sent the phrase "fixme" to 34963 which is supposed to fix MMS issues and the reply I got was "we're sorry but your phone doesn't support the service you've requested"!

I called T-mobile to tell them and the fella said "what do you want me to do?"

Unbelievable, T-mobile's customer service is rubbish and their tech support is non existant!
