Hello there:
I just got my new HTC Hero last friday from Orange Spain. Overall I am pleased with the phone, regarding battery life which HTC support told me should be about 24 hours.
I have been experiencing the following weird issues, after all:
1- I do not get the Received SMS Report when i send a SMS.
(HTC support says this is due to Orange locking phone features, though i am not sure)
2- I can not send International SMS to China. Destination is China Mobile what has agreement with Orange for Roaming and International services.
(No one can find an answer to this one in Orange Support)
3- I can not send any MMS to any number, national or international.
(Orange support told me to change the MMS settings but still nothing, they gave me the original MMS settings anyway).
Any help with these 3 issues would be much appreciated.
