Forwarding texts?

The option has come up for me once or twice to forward a text, but i dont know how i've done it. How do you do it?

Edit, i have it sorted. I've tried to delete this message, but can't see how to do it.

hold down on the message, and click forward

Yup, to get options for individual messages, click and hold down on the message. Same goes for most items on Android.
