Ringer do not apply to COntact

Hello,
I am a hero owner and I have a big problem. I CAN NOT ASSIGN SPECIFIC RINGER TO CONTACT. Well, I can do it, but then when tho contact calls me, the default ringer start...
It's a terrible thing if you ride a bike and want to know whose calling without crashing...
Please help me

Mine works ok most of the time but occasionally the default ringer overrides the contact ring tone. Annoying.
