I think it is limited by the Maximum size of Micro SD card which is currently 16GB. But these are quite expensive at the moment. I’d be surprised if anyone needs more than 8GB, or even 4GB but in 6 months times they’ll be cheap as chips once a 32GB card has been produced…

in addition to more storage, do these higher capacity cards have any other impact on performance?
