Sprint HTC Evo

I am having an issue with HTC Sync and Android software truncating the Notes in my Microsoft Outlook contacts and then altering the Notes section of my Outlook Contacts upon synchronization to my PC.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium on a 64-bit PC.
I need to sink my business Microsoft Outlook to my HTC Evo Android phone.

I use the Notes Section in my Outlook Contacts for my phone notes with customers (most recent conversations input at the top) and recently noticed whenever I sync my HTC Evo phone, it will actually delete the portion of my Contact Notes in Outlook that were truncated in my phone. I have already lost some of my business notes in Outlook on my phone and my PC and don't want this to happen again.

It is a nuisance, but I don't mind if the Contacts Notes section in my HTC Evo is not complete because of truncation, I just don't want my Android HTC Evo phone to DELETE the notes in my Outlook Contacts on my PC.

I have tried another product called CompanionLink and it works fine in that area. I could have very large Outlook Contact Notes synced to my phone with no problem. It would not truncate them. But the program was new and really full of bugs. it was very unstable so I had to uninstall.

I truly hope your company will resolve this problem because I desperately need to sink my Microsoft Outlook to my HTC Evo phone without losing the contact notes data in each contact.

After Googling the "Outlook Contact Notes Android Truncation Problem", I found it to be very common with most all Android users. Business people are complaining how the truncation and loss of Outlook business note data has devastated the operation of their business. This appears to be a major and global problem with syncing the Android phones to Outlook. The problem appears to be in the Android Contact App and it's text limitations.

Since Microsoft Outlook is one of the leading and most used business Contact Management Programs, deleting it's business note data is devastating to businesses. This will, if it hasn't already affect sales of the Android phones to the business market.
