They are not official pictures dude. I seen a couple designs too they all look good but I would like the whole top part to slide not just the screen that's part of why I didn't keep the g1. And a camera with flash would b very good also tmobile doesn't have many phones with flash.

I was looking for future t-mobile phones and i saw a picture of the G2 (apparently its not the real g2) it has a bigger screen then the g1 and a slide. im like no way! i want this phone so bad.... bigger screen it looks fricking awesome... then i see the real g2 and im angry. i've had the g1 for 2 years and i've loved it (despite its flaws) but wtf? why would you call this a g1? its not an upgrade at all.. im amazed at how dumb developers can be... cut the freaking touch screens not everyone likes them! how many do we have? Isn't the mytouch enough?. make a phone like the g1 but without the bugs and i'd buy it instantly include a keyboard for people who like to type fast and get money for being smart not dumb. its not hard

I agree with most of what you said. I got a text from T-Mobile this morning saying the G2 was coming. So I get on the net to check out their own website, it wasn't working. So I search the net to find out anything about it and doesn't appear to be much better. They've increased the megapixels on the camera but only to a 5 when a number of phone have an 8. Also disappointed that there's no flash. Impressed that the screen will be bigger and I'm okay to part with the keyboard as long as the on-screen keyboard is accurate. I've loved my G1 but have recently become very disappointed with the number of apps I'm UNable to download because I run out of memory. If that issue is fixed on the G2 I'll be happy. I've been contemplated ridding myself of T-Mobile only because of the lack of great phones. I have no complaint with service or customer service but would like to see some better phones. I was all about getting and HD2 until I realized it was not carrying the android market. I would like to see more from T-Mobile.

I myself, I'm also Betting on a Front Facing Camera, they're keeping the specs on this one Super Hush hush but we wont have long to wait seeing as it's going to be released in a few weeks.
