Wifi is switching on and also connecting in my phone but it is not browsing internet. I dont have data cable how can I install a new browser? Is this a software problem or hardware problem? PLz plz help me, I just bought yesterday 2nd hand.

Can you access the market with the WiFi? You can try downloading Dolphin Browser and see if it is a browser problem or something else.
