Hi, I can't get any sound through the headphone jack adapter through headphones or 1/8" patch cord. I looked for some help through SETTINGS (i.e. a headphone volume control, etc.) but found nothing. Thanks for any advice.

Are these the original headphones that came with the phone? What build are you on? A lil more info will help solve a problem.

Hi, thanks for responding to my post. My G1 has firmware 1.6 and the build is DRC83. I tried different headphones than the oem ones and also thru a patch cord to my stereo.
