Device Driver For Android Phone

hey everyone i hope someone can help me. when i plug my phone into my computer via USB it charges and i can also put files/music/w.e. on my phone but right as i plug the phone in my computer(using Windows Vista) i recieve a window on my comp that says no driver found would u like 2 find one? so i click yes and then it says insert disk given with your android phone. umm i didnt get one so could someone asist me in this delema because i would really like 2 fix this i have been told by numerous people their is an automatic bnug-report/bug-fix when G1 is correctly linked up 2 a comp.

If you download the SDK they have the drivers in it. Then you would just manually install the drivers yourself.

Also check to see if you've got USB Debugging enabled in settings. If so, uncheck it if you don't require it.

what is sdk??? cant you just give me a site i can download the driver software from?
