Your gonna have to head over the XDA Developers and find a method to downgrade your HTC Evo from 2.3 to 2.2 and then you can root your phone using the 2.2 Method. Unrevoked is the only way to turn your radio to S-off and allow you to root for the HTC Evo (as far as I know anyways.)
Only other option other than downgrading back to 2.2 would be to wait until Unrevoked comes out with the 2.3 fix.
