Hello, Newby here.
I was disappointed that the message details in SMS showing date and time of message is in such a miniscule font that I cant read it.
Same with phone number in my contacts.
I bought the droid cos it has such a big screen and lots of big features.
I am getting older and my vision is not improving with age.
I wanted big text and big digits. Thats all well in relation to dialling numbers, but when I want to fetch a number from my phone book, I cant see it because the font is about 4pt or less.
Is there a app out there to remedy this?
A simple pop up when you touch the time/date that comes in a bubble or little window with a larger font would be great.
Or the same pinch to zoom that you use in web pages.
If Motorola marketed the phone to the visually handicapped they might sell more phones.
Not all of us oldies are technophobes.
Hooray for the return of big phones wth big screens and big text for all the data.
