Some Google/Facebook contacts won't link!

Help? Some of my Facebook/Google contacts won't link; it's really driving me nuts! Myhubby says it's because of the differences in the 1st names (i.e. Andi vs. Andrea) but some with that same issue (Thomas vs. Tom) still did!

Any ideas?

I'm hoping someone chimes in here.
Mine has actually dropped or added letters to names to sync with Facebook- weird and creepy, but cool too.

I would like to know how to merge the contact info of some that have not merged. The names are actually the same in my phone as they are in Facebook. I cannot stand having the same person listed twice.

Hi!

You can link them manually by first selecting a concact, then choosing edit, then using the menu button from the edit screen. This brings up the "Join" option.

I have tried 3x to manually enter a contact & says saved but when I scroo 2 find they r not there what gives????? Have entered others no troubles!!!
