DOWNGRADE back to Android 2.1

Looking like the upgrade was a MAJOR mistake. I have a phone full of junkware, disabled admin features, my stylus pen STOPPED working and the phone is slower as is the user interface. Need to get back to 2.1.

I have done THREE factory resets and none of these problems are getting solved. The easiest way to make the phone stop an app is to pull the battery out. I have pulled the battery out 15 times since yesterday.

This thing might as well be a brick at this point.

How do I downgrade back to 2.1?

In 2.1, there was a PIN but I could easily disable it. Now I cannot disable it. I also cannot add or remove device administrators.

Downgrade back to 2.1 or is there a way to disable the PIN and get my device admins back?

Yes. The upgrade took it to near brick status. Would like to go back to 2.1.
