I put HTC Sync, version: 2.0.33 on my computer and used whatever was already on the Incredible. I have all my contacts and my calendar in Outlook 2010. The only problem I'm having is that if I create an appointment on the Phone it doesn't get sent over to Outlook on the computer. If I create the appt on the computer it does get sent to the phone. I think this is because I created the Outlook with a yahoo email account. On the Phone I used a google acct as the base account for the phone. I connect the USB cable and in the phone setting I have the default set to SYNC when it's connected to USB. The default is "charge only" and when it's set that way it won't sync.
