does anyone know if there's a limit to how many messages you can have in one continuous threaded message? I had one with a friend of mine that was about 400 total messages....he sent me one this morning and it was a whole new thread....all the previous messages have completely disappeared from my phone...some were quite important. Do they auto-delete after a certain amount? And is there any way to retrieve that thread????
Go into messaging, menu, settings, message limit. Pretty sure you can set it to whatever you want. I personally have it only hold 100 and 20 for media, otherwise it lags a crap ton.
