I have noticed when you save conatcs the phone asks "Google" or "Phone" if you select google they will go to your gmail contact list, but if you save them to your phone they will not sync to your gmail.

How can I change the contact card, saving the people from phone to google?

Or, transferring ALL my contacts to google?

Here we go! Try the instructions below and let us know what happens

1) Go to the 'Market'
2) Search ContactSync
3) Download and Install
4) Run program and it will transfer any Phone Contacts to Google ones.
5) Go into 'Settings'
6) Now click on 'Data Synchronisation'.
7) Scroll down to 'Contacts' and ensure the tick box is marked. Even if it is not untick it and retick it and will start to synchronise.
8) Give 5 mins+ and it should be done.
