Ring AND Vibrate simultaneously on an incoming call?

Is it possible for the Eris to Ring AND Vibrate simultaneously on an incoming call? I'm not seeing anything in the menu...maybe a third party app is necessary?

hm, i'm not sure if my vibrates before it rings. i know it does before i receive a text. does yours do that?

(i'm waiting for my phone to power back up)

ok, go to settings>sound & display> the 5th option is phone vibrate, check that and it will vibrate before it rings.
