My phone started prompting me to complete tasks using Home or HTC Sense, and now my home screen looks completely different and I don't know how to get it back to the standard HTC home screen. can anyone help?

If you want to bring it back to the HTC theme...

Make sure you are on the home screen and press Menu. Then click on scenes and choose HTC to change to the original.
