I have a daily alarm set on my Eris phone, however, if I have my ringer on silent, the alarm will still make a sound. Is there a way to silence the alarm as well to be sure my phone doesn't go off when I don't want it to?
Well I need to keep the alarm on. It is a daily alarm that I set up because I need it to go off at a certain time each day for medicinal purposes. So I don't want to turn it off, but when there are times that I need to silence my phone (if I'm in a meeting, etc.) I still want the alarm to go off but without sound basically. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this?
set the alarm to vibrate and turn down the alarm volume
when you set the alarm, edit the sound it makes. when the menu pops up, turn the volume down and check "on" for Vibrate
