Not recieving calls

I have had my phone about two weeks now. In the last week it has started occasionally not receiving calls. I don't know I missed a call until it notifies me that I have a voicemail. All the sounds are turned to on and when I experiment and call my phone to test it it works.

If its from a specific contact, check to make sure you do not have "Send calls directly to voicemail" checked when you edit a contact.
