Cannot connect to Exchange server

I have both the HTC Droid Eris and the Motorola Droid.
I can successfully connect to my exchange account on my Motorola Droid, but cannot on my HTC Droid Eris.

I am using the same account, same exchange server, same domain, etc.

I receive a message "Failed to connect to Exchange Server".

I have verified all informatin is exactly the same.

Anybody have any idea why?

I can say that Exchange ActiveSync works on the Eris as I am using it....but I know it won't work with all Exchange configurations. Perhaps its an issue with policies on the Exchange server and differences in Activesync for Android 1.5 vs 2.0?
