Best Outlook-Android sync?

I have a DROID 2 Global, currently running Gingerbread. On my PC, I use Outlook 2010 for my Calendar, Contacts, and Memos/Notes.

The tool I am using now may be losing some items, so I am looking for something better. It has to sync all three of those data types.

PS, I can not upload a photo for my TalkAndroid profile. No .bmp, no .jpg, no Facebook download. Any help?
