Hi, i don't know if anyone can help but I have been trying tp upgrade the software on my phone and I am at a complete loss. I have a GT-I5700 and currently on 1.5 firmware. I am using New PC Studio and when I select update firmware, my phone does not appear on the drop down list for me to select it although the program says that there is a phone connected. i am experiencing an extremely slow response when selecting icons on the phone and there is also a delay when I try to answer any incoming phone calls. I have checked storage and just clearde out a whole load of text messages which may help. The T mobile shop told me to go to the 'android' website and download the latest software, plug my phone into the PC and load it that way, but even that is proving to be extremely difficult. can anyone help at all?
