Can i update gingerbred to honey comb

Hi ,

I am using Motorola Fire XT. It runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread).
Can i update Gingerbread to honeycomb.

1)Because it very slow in streaming youtube videos
2)Some times it strucking.

Unfortunately no, Honeycomb is only for tablets.

Hopefully Ice Cream sandwich should remedy that. Just a question as to your devices ability to run version four point zero. If this unified platform succeeds, it should technically run on most devices. But we will have to wait and see how flexible the new Android upgrade actually is.
