Droid 2 can't open some apps after update

Since I received my 2.3.3. update yesterday, I get the message "App not Owned. You don't own this app. Would you like to see more details" when I try to open some of my apps, including those I've paid for. It mostly seems to be happening to ones that I downloaded from the Amazon appstore.
Any ideas? I don't really feel like paying for them all over again -
