My Samsung Galaxy android phone is so slow when i'm playing games on it? please help. Is there anything i can do to speed it up? I've taken off most of my pictures off it and i've deleted messages and calls logged to see if this will speed it up but its no use its still slow.

So how do you format it? Factory reset or something else? Please elaborate. I'm a newbie at modifying my android. It used to be so fast but now it seems that it becomes unresponsive so often. I have an EVO 4G from sprint.

I found out that facebook app keeps turning on by itself and i think it is using too much memory because my phone keeps hanging. The sad part is that it is part of HTC Sense so i can't even uninstall it unless I root. Which is something I do not plan on doing. I'm able to manually turn off other apps without a problem.

I think your phone might be got infected with virus or due to lots of application it would have become slow, you just clear your phone cookies and all and then try it.
