Hallo,

I've got a mp3 song downloaded with "AndFTP" onto my /sdcard.
I cant get the song anywhere i the folder /sdcard/MP3. So i cant play the song becouse else i cant get to it.

Is there a way i can ajust the song so i can make a ringtone from it for the android or what am i doing wrong.

Im getting from it

Use a software called aRing from the Android Market. t lets you choose the length of the song and u can set it as ringtone,notification and even as alarm too

Another method to do this without installing an app is to create a folder on your SD card labeled Media create a sub-folder labeled Audio then create two sub-folders labeled Notifications and Ringtones. Store the MP3s you want to use for Notifications in that folder and Ringtones in that folder. After doing this these MP3 files (or any audio file format) will appear in your devices lists.
