ViewSonic has not yet decided on a name for their 10-inch Windows 7 tablet, but they at least have decided on one thing: The new tablet will also run Android. The tablet will sport a resolution of 1024×600, the same as the Samsung Galaxy Tab. Even better, the 10-inch tablet will have 1GB of RAM.
The tablet may sound like a nice competitor to all of the other Android tablets that are slated to be coming out soon. However, that is not the case, because sadly, the tablet runs…here it comes…Android 1.6, because that is the only version of Android that supports x86 processors.. Still, it may be the tablet for you if you are looking for a fast Android tablet, but also want something more like a computer, as it also runs Windows 7.
