The Archos A28 Minidroid has been leaked, courtesy of the FCC. The Minidroid is set to have a 2.8″ touchscreen, with 8GB of internal storage. The price is looking to be $99, so this will likely be a lower end of the Archos A32 Minidroid. Despite the low cost, this things ships with Android 2.2.
