The Nexus One Android phone has just been officially announced by Google. Manufactured by HTC, the handset is available now through the
Google phone store priced $529 unlocked, or $179 on contract with T-Mobile.
The Nexus One will run Android 2.1 and feature a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU from Qualcomm along with 512MB RAM/ROM, a 3.7-inch AMOLED (480x800) capacitive touchscreen, a 5 mega-pixel camera (with LED flash), along with MicroSD storage support upto 32GB.
The handset will be available in the UK from Vodafone later this year, but if you can't wait it is possible to purchase the unlocked handset and have that shipped to the UK, Singapore or Honk Kong.
Verizon will carry the handset from Spring 2010.
This is still a breaking story, so please check soon as we update with more information and details on the Nexus One.
