It appears that the Google
Nexus One handset could be available for shipment to the UK directly following its announcement later today.
According to leaked information from the
Nexus One product page, there is a mention in the purchase agreement that the device will ship outside the US, suggesting that UK consumers will be able to get their hands on the SIM-free handset.
The documentation also states that the Nexus One will be able to buy directly from Google from today, with up to five handsets allowed per Google account.
The Nexus One is believed to be priced at $530 SIM-free, with US customers offered the device as part of a T-Mobile prremium plan that sees the cost of the handset fall to $180.
