Well looks like its on the way, just seen a post on androidforums were a guy has been updated with RC9 (UK version of RC33) this morning. Screenshots included so looks like the real deal.

Just to add a little more.... More and more reports of UK users getting updates across the forums, so looks like we are finally getting the update

ok so this update, whats is the difference, i got what i guess you could call an update and the only changes were the market and the voice search for google, there is another update correct?

I honestly don't know... I believe we will get access to paid apps and several other changes such as voice search on google, save MMS to SD and notifications on market app updates.
When did you get your update?

I got that app several weeks ago, and yes I have access to paid apps, Google voice, rather then that unless I am missing something that is all, if that was the "hype" then I am sadly disappointed.

The only thing I have interest in is the paid apps. Theres a couple I need for work. Anything else is a bonus....
