During last week's T-Mobile event, appscout.com spent some time going through the Android app store and noted the applications/games that were available.

This should act as a base listing for what will be available on the market store from the G1's release.

Not sure how much the apps/games will cost.

But for the first 3 months it will be free to download the applications and games from the market store.

That's actually a pretty decent offering, pleased to see BreadCrumbz on the store already.

Guess better start getting those extra MircroSD cards ready 4 for hell bent downloading for 3 months straight :rolleyes:

Just watch, i bet they bring out all the good stuff after 100 days

I hope this list isnt the final list though - me wants to play Quake on the G1!

That is a very safe bet.

I suspect bigger and better hardware platforms will make this device on par with the PSP and other premium "hand held" game devices.

There's definitely a lot of 'buzz' surrounding Android and the mobile gaming scene.

It's going to be really interesting to see how much weight EA Games puts behind the platform:
