Today is 1 week exactly owning the phone. When the screen is closed there's a slight creaking noise coming from the corner where the hinge is. You here the noise when handeling the phone moving the screen slightly.

My cousin got his the same day and his screen is 100 times tighter, I even baby the screen while openeing and closing it...

Anyone experiencing the same problem? I appreciate any help

Mine was tight until I managed to drop it on our tiled kitchen floor on Saturday morning! It now lifts slightly at the top left-hand corner and there is a slight gap where the screen meets the chin when closed on the left-hand side.

Quite annoyed at myself, but the phone still works perfectly so I'll live with it unless it gets worse over time...

No it shouldn't be like that, give T-Mobile a call and get a replacement handset.

Thanks for the replys guys, I actually just went to tmobile this morning. They swapped out the phone for me no problem.

The girl first tried tricking me telling me "you have to call tmobile for a handset replacement, because we dont even have any in stock"....

I said "Thats funny i just called 12 minutes ago Doug said you had 10 in the back..."

Girl: ::Pause::...."hmm let me go check in the back..."

Thanks again

hey, my screen squeaks when i press the bottom right of the screen as well, and when the screen is up, it's not exactly straight either. did you go back to the store where you bought your phone from? (i ordered my phone online and i'm wondering if i can get a replacement from any store) and they also replaced your phone with a brand new one too?

Its normal that the screen is crooked when it is up, as far as the squeaking I notice more of my friends are having this problem then eventualy goes away...I took the phone back to a different tmobile store along with my reciept...if you ordered it from tmobile onlinethen I don't see why the store won't replace it if not you can just call them for a handset replacement. And the phone they gave me was a brand new one also,

Nice job! The salemans often do this kind of thing. Never believe them if they they say the handset you ask for replacement is out of stock.
