Device shows DROID (but no sound) and red eye, but then just recycles multiple times (DROID & red eye) until it shuts off. Does not respond to on/off button and removing/reinstalling battery does nothing. Help, please.
Phone carrier told me to try a factory restart: with keyboard open, hold down power button and "x" key simultaneously for 10 seconds. Did not work for me. Motorola technician told me to hold down power button and menu button (front of phone), also with keyboard open. That didn't work either, so I am getting a replacement device.
Thank u! I was in verizon prkng lot and miraclely i turned it on and it worked,b4 that iwas rbootn and pressing buttons,pwr,and all the keybod then didnt came 2 verizon turnd on it workd!lol but also wrot notes down incase again,thank you!
