I know the G1 doesn't have the best battery life, but it used to last me the better part of the day with a decent amount of usage.
Since the beginning of last week the battery has been going down faster and faster.
This morning I unplugged it and made a quick call. Afterwards the battery was at 93%. When I next looked, after 20 minutes of not using the phone at all, the battery was already down to 56%. If I have the screen on I can watch the numbers counting down.
I have aHome Full, which comes with a task manager. I have quite a few items running, but nothing new. It did seem to coincide with adding a countdown widget but even completely uninstalling it has made no difference.
Does anybody have any idea what I could do about this? Might it be a hardware problem?
