There is rumour around the net about Samsung releasing an Android version of the Omnia HD. Anyone know anything more?

It's important to me as there is currently no Android phones with a good camera. I know the Hero and Galaxy have 5mp cams, but reading up on user reviews they don't seem to perform very well.
