Ok, if this indeed is the G2, who's impressed?? Its the exact same phone without a physical keyboard (chin and everything)!! If TMobile does decide to release this phone this january under the name "G2", well they are gonna be in a whole lot of trouble with the folks that pre-ordered the G1 (Like myself)! Oh well, like I said before, once Tmobile confirms it to be the G2, then I'll believe. Btw, why are all these people raving about this G**damn phone when we have a perfectly good and awesome phone now!! The G1 is an awesome phone that I believe beats out the iPhone!

I dont think that it is supposed to come out in January. Most reports on it say that information is wrong and that the earliest release date will be April. Realistically, the probably wont even happen though.

my point all this crap is stupid that phone looks like ass thats why i waited for all of you to say what you wwant to but listen to me t-mobile is not stupid there not going to release another android phonethis soon so chill there are going to be other android phones but not from t-mobile but listen to me about this be happy you all got a htc android phone cause samsung,sony and motorla make shitty phones and if any of you bash me on those other phones go ahead cause thats you just hating. but ill write more later im at work

Are you saying that the other handset manufacturers who joined the OHA make inherently bad phones, or that those who say such things do so because of a baseless fallacy?

I reckon more Android handsets can only be a good thing; without these, people will just think of the G1 as "that weird googlephone", rather than considering Android for their OS on whatever candybar, slider or flipphone formfactor they prefer.

darkcloud has a point, why is everyone looking to the g2 when we own a g1! we have the 1st android powered handset... ever!!! and its damn good, even better when we get cupcake! lets be happy with what we have now, i am!

thats true the android phone is a great phone i love the design the so called G2 is small and no keyboard thats trash. im good with the g1. when abetter android phones out for t-mobile then ill buy it.

hmm yes they do make alot of bad phones are you kidding me name a bad ass moto phone or sony at that bettery yet you would trust samsung bring you a android phone mind you i would for att in the blackberry pda support department and i worked in the att warranty store. all those phones come back every day with problems and other trash issues. name one htc phone that has problems just one. if i had it my way i would pay htc tp only make android phones cause thats what they do. also for those who didnt know htc is the only one that makes android phones with the hard surface screen. could you imagin using an android phone with the old school soft membrian touch screen. well let me catch myself samsung might there not sure yet. im done im happy with htc always have been its good other companys are going to make android big but thats already agive . what your saying makes no sence android doesnt need every company to make it big there big right now with just the g1 thats like you saying apple should make other companys make phones with the apple phone software. the point is weather other companys comeout with the android software its still big and will continue to grow if tmobile and htc only carry android think marketing and biz when you try to right back about this
