New Battery

Ive heard theyre in process of making a new battery. Is this true?? When could we see it??

there is already an extended life battery. i havent seen it in stores, but ive certainly seen it online. go to amazon.com and search "htc g1 extended battery" and youll find it.

that's a rumor. Hasn't been confirmed.

whats the battery life on this thing?? i use my phone a decent amount and itll laster around 6 hours before dying

WOW!! Its really big! It even comes with its own back plate! Its expensive though, I got a new replacement spare battery, but hopefully google and htc realize how incredibly terrible these batteries are and send us a new one!

I'm seeing 2 dif links above. One is for the g1 dream? I'm assuming that is the wrong one right? Is there more than one g1?

Before the name "G1", HTC had codenamed it the "Dream". A lot of times you'll hear talk about the "HTC Dream" or "Dream G1" and your just hearing about the G1.
