I thought I posted this question last night but can't locate the post this morning, so forgive me if I did indeed double post.
I recently got an Acer A100 tab, and it has a feature on it so that you can encrypt either portions of the tablet or the entire thing. It sounds very tempting to do so. I have the standard Droid tracking apps on there, including the app so that I can wipe it remotely from another computer. Does the encryption feature provide any extra benefit that you can think of or is it more hassle than it's worth?
