We are a small company in Montreal interested in developping an application for the new smartphone T-Mobile G1.
We are looking to develop a small application for our sales rep in Toronto.
Basically, we would like to use the barcode scanning feature of this phone(available for the SopSavvy built-in) in order to capture UPCs and process them through a database inventory, by putting them together in an order. The result should be a text file easy to e-mail (like the csv used for retailers' electronic transactions).
I would like to have your opinion on the feasiability of this application and if ther's anyone interested. Thanks.
