Hi...

please can somebody tell me how to close application like browser, maps and other ones? When I start one of them so there's no choice of close the application and I think that they still run. So can somebody tell me how it works? I have the G1 only one day and I am still a bit confused

BTW: I'd need some IM with jabber support. Dont you know about any? I expected it would be there out-of-box but I as I can see now - I was mistaken. (meebo doesnt work correctly )

I just use the button with the "<-" arrow on it, as far as i know that quits the application. When i first got the G1 leaving apps was so quick i did think they were getting minimized somewhere, but from what i can tell they're exited.

Other than the meebo client you mensioned im not really sure - i certainly cant find a free app for Jabber.

Here's a paid app i found on the handango website - i haven't used it so it's purely a suggestion:
