hiya i'm looking for an app to force-stop or forcibly turn off an app. is there any sugestions?

i tried it but it's kinda annoying 'coz it keeps on stoping my MP3 music. i know it might be in the settings but i can't seem to find it there. and i noticed whenever i want to stop some selected apps i need to untick some choices. there is no settings to "Uncheck All" then just tick the apps that you want stopping. any help...?
