Podcast player?

Hi,

I'm thinking about getting a G1, but I haven't been able to find anything about a podcast player for it. I'm using BeyondPod on Windows Mobile at the moment, is anything like this running on Android already?

well if you want to sync to your phone it will play any mp3 podcast. i play stuff off the web all the time from ign and nintendoworldreport.com, so you can play stuff off the web if you want.

Thanks, I should have also mentioned the feature I care about the most is being able to pause a podcast and come back to it later. Some of the ones I listen to are pretty long, so I wont get through a full one on my way to work. Or I may just get bored with it, and listen to another podcast - but I don't want listening to a different podcast (or music) to 'lose my place' in that first podcast I was listening to.

With BeyondPod, each podcast has its own bookmark so this is fine - but it doesn't seem to be the case with a lot of other players.

well if you listen online thats going to be a problem. however i do have to say that loading is quick. i could go to the halfway mark on most podcasts with only a 15-30 second load time. and im only on edge right now. i dont have 3g yet in my area.

i just got it. it keeps crashing on me. i think its only a beta or free trial as of now.

There's now an Android version of BeyondPod which I've been using for a little while now, and it works great (just like the Windows Mobile version did).

So looks like I get to keep using the same player after all
