I have this for my desktop PC - why not for Android?
I was browsing the wallpapers section of the site, and was just wondering if this is something useful?

Maybe with an auto-rotate everytime the phone is powered on, or every hour. Make it pull pics from a designated folder, or heck - even Flickr?

Ofcourse the pics would have to be properly sized, but perhaps for the ones that are too large or small, it would auto-resized them!

I think this is a great idea. I hate having to choose 1 wallpaper, so to set a folder on rotate would really be quite cool.

I think it called "Backgrounds and Wallpapers" just found that one (not installed yet).

It asking me to have access to "Phone calls (read state of phone) what does that let this program do?

I come across a few programs needing access to Phone calls, what kind of access will it have?
