Looking for programmer to collaborate on 2D game

The goal: to develop a fun smartphone game with a political bent and have it ready on the Android market in time for the US midterm elections this November (ie. launch date early October).

The political climate being quite polarized this game has the potential to become a good seller.

Target sale price: 99 cents

All revenues will be split evenly.

I will provide the idea, artwork, animation and marketing and you the programming/game engine and ideally participate in the marketing as well.

Requirements:

- must have solid experience in 2D game programming/development
- must have a strong dislike for the Republican/Tea Party

What kind of 2d are we talking? Side scrolling? Single layer? I may be interested.
