Call recorder

Hi

Anybody know of a call recording app that will record both sides of the call? I have a HTC Desire on Orange UK, one of the apps I tried only recorded the out going voice.

I am aware that this is against the law if I do not tell the person being recorded. This is for an experiment at my university and all people will be notified before the call is recorded.

Any help would be great
