Not sure which phone you have, but I have an HTC Hero with 1.5 on it.
Reaction and PhoneFraze are my two favorite games on the market to play with friends. Both are a really good time. You need about 6-8 people for PhoneFraze (it is very similar to the game catchphrase) and you need about 4 total for a fun game of reaction (which is kind of like playing the card game spoons) PhoneFraze always lasts longer and people seem to enjoy a lot more though, but both are worth the money considering what a board game (or even batteries for them) cost!
